This was our first time trying this fried chicken Korean place, we were super excited to finally try it since we heard good things about it. Restaurant is very cozy, parking is available, this location is right next to griffin road. We got the chicken tenders with the sauces on the side, we got the soy garlic and hot ... honey sauce, both sauces had a spicy kick, they were hot and good. First time in Choong Man! Service was good and quick. The dining area is clean and music was definitely a vibe. After ordering food, they send over a robot to deliver food and drinks which was really cool! I've been around the whole broward, and let me tell you that this is my first time on this place and definitely won't be the last. The place is clean with a bright welcoming aura. They have a kiosk to place your order, but the employees are so engaged that they even help you navigate it. When we are on the table, they ... check on us like 10 times to make sure we have what we need. They have a robot delivering food to the tables, which is so cool and futuristic, but even having that it didn't stop them from taking care of the customers. It is very rare to have this kind of service, and the food is amazing. Wow, I’ve had my fair share of korean fried chicken, but this place was AWESOME. The sauces are very tasty with my favorite ones being the Garlic Soy and the Golden Curry. The chicken was so juicy, crunchy, and amazing! I also recommend their frozen Mango Passion Fruit Lemonade. The customer service was absolutely ... phenomenal! I finally was able to try this place out and as expected it delivered. The original Snow Wings were awesome I had a side of Garlic Spicy which was also very good (if you don’t eat spicy I don’t recommend the sauce). The passion fruit lemonade was very good it’s not like those places that have a very sweet juice flavor ... it had that bittersweet flavor as it should. First off, I’ve been wanting to come try this establishment since it first opened its door and it did not disappoint. If you choose to dine-in your dishes are served to you via a robot, which provides you with the basic necessities as well: chopsticks, plastic gloves, and napkins. You can also grab additional ... utensils and napkins at the front counter. Food-wise, the snow onion fried chicken was on point. Nice, juicy, and perfectly seasoned crispy chicken with the tangy mayo-based sauce that’s accompanied with the onions. The same can be said about the soy garlic fried chicken that we had gotten, it was fried to perfection and it was glazed nicely with the sweet and savory umami-packed sauce. The only complaint I have would be the choice of music played at the establishment as it varies from pop to sentimental music which ruined the vibe a bit at times, but overall definitely worth the wait.
